Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on October 25, 2023 regarding care and supervision.   
  
All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Licensing conducted interviews and reviewed facility records.   
  
Licensing confirmed that staff failed to meet a child’s needs during toileting.   
   
A contravention to section 7(1)(b)(i) of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (Standards to be maintained) was determined.
