Observation: Mouse droppings noted on the shelf below the rice cooker and around the back of house chest freezers.
Corrective Action(s): - Clean, sweep and sanitize all areas noted with mouse droppings in order to monitor pest activities.
- Any time you see holes that can fit the size of a pencil, seal it.
- Remove all unneccessary items that are not required for the business offsite to eliminate all possible hiding and harbourage areas for pests.
- Continue to work with the pest control company is activities are noted after cleaning all areas currently noted with droppings.

Routine inspection completed today:
All handwash stations, including washrooms, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were holding food at 4C or below.
All freezer units were holding food at -18C or below.
Rice was being hot held at above 60C in the rice cooker.
Bleach sanitizer container was set-up. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected.
Excellent sanitary condition noted on the fume hood, deep fryer and interior of the ice machine - excellent improvement.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 71.0 at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Operator still has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate - onsite at the time of inspection (note: certificate is about to expire next month, please renew before expiry date).
