Comments

-Pizza by the slice is left out for a maximum of 30 minutes, then discarded. Note that there is a maximum of two hours for room temperature holding of foods. Ensure that there is monitoring taking place to ensure that this limit is not exceeded.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer solution had 200 ppm bleach.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
Sink plugs available. Ensure that 1 tsp of bleach per Liter is used.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
