Observed operator washing hands coming back from break, great job.

Bottom drawers of pizza toppings all covered and protected from contamination, great job.
Bottom drawer coolers <4C.
Top line cooler food items surface temperature >4C, internal <4C.
Please be sure to keep lids on when not in use and change frequently (every 2hrs).

Freezers <-18C.
Items are all covered in the walk in cooler including proofing dough, great job.
Staff washroom is well supplied for hand hygiene, not being used for anyone other than staff, thank you.
