Follow-up inspection conducted to routine inspection (Report #TGIL-C4H228) and the following observations were made: - Low temp mechanical dishwasher was able to dispense bleach solution. The concentration of bleach was noted between 50-100ppm. - Walk-in cooler was maintained at a temperature of 4C. - Cold potentially hazardous food was moved to walk-in cooler at the time of inspection. - Walk-in freezer recorded at temperature of -11C. - Deep cleaning of the corners was conducted. No flies observed during inspection. - Food stored in walk-in freezer and other coolers was covered properly.
