Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable dishes and dessert with dairy were left the room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded at time of inspection. All cold foods must be kept at 4 deg C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloth found sitting on the corner of the hand sink.
Corrective Action(s): Keep all wiping cloths in sanitizing solution when not in use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Utensil and dish wares were washed on the 3 comp sink but not sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed with staff proper manual ware washing. Poster for properly manual ware washing was even posted at the washing area.

Corrective Action(s): Provide constant supply of liquid soap and paper towels in the hand sink at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some food containers in the prep line area were not covered. Raw fish containers were stored on the middle shelf in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Cover all foods in the coolers and store raw meats/seafood on the bottom shelf.

Liquid soap and paper towel available at the ware washing area.
Walk-in cooler was at 1 deg C.
Freezer was at -18 deg C.
Prep line cooler and other upright cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Pizza kept in hot holding cabinet for 2 hours only (timer kept to ensure time-limit being met).
Bleach sanitizer measured 100 ppm.
Staff on-site have Food Safe 1 training.
General sanitation was satisfactory; however, loft storage needs organizing.
*Provide lighting in the small dry storage by the staff washroom.
NOTE: *Dishwasher required to be installed for all the small utensils, containers, etc. used for making Indian dishes.
