Follow up inspection conducted with the presence of the store manager. - Sanitation improved. The floor was in a sanitary condition; the hard to reach area, e.g. the floor behind the ice machine, the ice cream machine, underneath the deep fryer is clean. - Sanitizer in spray bottle tested 200ppm Quats. Note: ensure a frequent cleaning the interior deep frier to prevent grease built up.
