Routine Inspection Conducted Facility is offering take-out services only at this time. Observations: - Walk-in cooler at 3'C - Walk-in freezer at -20'C - No hot-holding during time of inspection. Hot-holding unit for pizza slices available on site - General sanitation is good during inspection - Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Bleach sanitizer in pail with wiping cloth measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration - Chemical dishwasher measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip - FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site - Permit visible in a conspicuous location on site - No signs of pests during inspection - All food covered and at least 6 inches off the floor - Chemicals stored away from food Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
