- Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers (walk-in, top inserts for sandwich prep, and undercounter) maintained below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
Walk-in freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding (soups and meatballs) maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Temperature logs maintained.
- All cold holding units equipped with thermometers.
- Probe thermometer available.
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sink plugs available.
- Concentration for QUATS sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm.
