Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: The following areas appeared uncleaned: -cooler gaskets -bread metal rack in the walk-in cooler -the floor underneath the cabinet at the cashier area -the floor at the back (large items, chairs and tables, were cluttering the back area making it hard to clean the floor underneath). Bugs were found on the sticky traps. Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the areas noted above. Remove the large items obstructing the back area and clean the sanitize the floors underneath.
