Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution at 0ppm Chlorine. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - sanitizer solution re-made to 200ppm Chlorine.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple gloves observed in plastic cups in cupboard with staff names on cup. Gloves heavily soiled. Re-using of gloves occurring at facility. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Gloves are single use items that are NOT to be re-used from day to day.
If facility uses gloves they must be removed and DISCARDED at each point staff washes hands.

Staff observed to use cell phone and put gloves back on. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Hands washed and gloves discarded.

Corrective Action(s): DO NOT RE-USE SINGLE USE GLOVES. Adequate and proper handwashing will eliminate pathogens onto food items. Have staff wash hands frequently and do not use gloves if facility wishes to save money.

Follow up inspection to occur on FRIDAY. Ensure all areas of floors are cleaned. Current state of floors is unacceptable.
