Observation: 1)REPEAT VIOLATION - At least 1 chemical container (uncovered) was found in the walk in freezer with soup stock inside.
2) Cutting boards currently in storage between wall and 4 door kitchen cooler
3) Kitchen mop was found in the 2 compartment sink that is also used for food prep and hand washing.
Corrective Action(s): 1) As noted on numerous inspections, high concentrate chemical containers ARE NOT to be used for food storage. This soup/ stock must be discarded
2) Store all food contact equipment in a clean manner. The cracks between equipment are not frequently cleaned, and therefore not for storage
3) The mop must be stored away from food service. Store in a manner that will not contaminate this multipurpose sink.
After using mop (and sink), the sink must be cleaned and sanitized.

**Please see above violation regarding sink use. As this kitchen does not have a designated hand washing station, food prep sink, and mop sink, extra care must be taken to prevent cross contamination.
