Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-AZUQHX - Prep cooler measured 2.2 degrees C (below) and 4.5 degrees C (above). Note: Upper portion with inserts in use recently. Reminder to keep top cover closed when not in use. - New thermometers are available for all coolers - A probe thermometer is available on site - Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) was measured at 200 ppm at three compartment sink, in a bucket with wiping cloths, and in a labeled spray bottle. - Ice machine scoop is stored safely outside of ice machine in a clean container - Permit is posted in view of customers Note: For temperature logs, ensure that corrective action is taken if cold holding units exceed 4 degrees C.
