-Hot holding cabinet is currently being used for the storage of rice cakes.
-Products are timed and are removed if they are not sold after 2 hours.
-Facility currently only had approval to store soondae at ambient temperature. Prior to adding new foods for time tracking, approvals must be granted by the Environmental Health Office.
-Facility is no longer displaying cooked chicken at room temperature - signage posted on the hot holding cabinet informing customers chicken is located in the cooler.
-Facility is now approved to store the following cooked potentially hazardous food items at less than 60C, if time tracking records are maintained: soondae and rice cakes.
