Visited facility. Looked at fermentation room. Some of the shelves have been sealed and/or painted. These look much better and will be easier to clean. Good. **Continue to work through the facility and paint/seal. As wood deteriorates to replacement stage, choose surface other than particle board (i.e. plywood or similar better).
