Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-CHRVG2: > Cleaning in all required areas have been completed - thank you. Moving forward, please ensure the entire premises is cleaned and sanitized as per your sanitation plan to prevent the presence of pests. > Vent hood to be professionally serviced on September 15, 2022. > No improper food storage observed in walk-in cooler and dry storage area. > Flies in the dry storage area and Bag n' Box area have significantly decreased in number. All fly traps have been replaced with more installed. > As per pest control, the flies are likely drain flies. Plans have been made to apply a foaming agent inside the drains. > Pest control must provide a report for each visit detailing the actions taken and recommendations given. > Please provide a copy of the next report to the undersigned for review via email.
