Follow up inspection conducted to verify corrective actions taken:
- Front window display cooler has not yet been repaired and remains at an elevated temperature (11C). No potentially hazardous foods are currently being stored in unit. Operator reported technician is scheduled to come today to repair/service unit. Operator to provide confirmation to EHO once complete.
- Cooler temperature monitoring has been implemented. Record sheet present.
- No additional unapproved jarred products were present on-site. Operator must ensure that all food on the premises is obtained from approved sources. Keep receipts/documents and provide to EHO upon request. Note: Food premises is a meat shop and has approval only to process raw meats only. No other food processing permitted.
- Walk-in cooler is organized with raw meat stored separately from ready to eat retail items and produce.
- Required cleaning of wall behind garbage and walk-in cooler doors has been completed.
- Pest control technician is scheduled to attend this week to provide additional treatment/service for flies. Operator to provide copy of service report to EHO once complete. Ensure that a high level of sanitation is maintained to eliminate food sources and attractants for flies. Ensure food contact surfaces and equipment are cleaned and sanitized frequently to remove food particles/residue.

Note: Discussed installation of designated handsink in food premises with Operator. Operator to have plumber attend site to determine potential location. Prior to installation of handsink, provide EHO with layout plan showing proposed location.
