Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food stored at ambient temperature (e.g., cooked sliced beef, cooked shrimps...etc). Temperature of the undercounter fridge and middle domestic fridge too warm 45-47F. Should be 40F/4C or below. Temperature has been turned down and food put back inside the fridge.
Corrective Action(s): Store meats and seafood in the fridge. Check temperatures daily and adjust when too warm.
