Routine and after renovation inspection conducted. New floor plan was submitted and approved prior to construction.
- Facility was closed prior to inspection as they were renovating

General:
- Floor plan design matches the one that was stamped and approved
- Facility is well lit
- All food contact surfaces are made of smooth and easy to clean material
- Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towel, and hot and cold running water
- FOODSAFE certified staff present

Temperatures:
- All coolers are at or below 4C
- Freezer units are at satisfactory temperatures
- Thermometers are available in each required unit

Sanitation:
- Facility is sanitary
- Sanitizer in spray bottles and from the 3 compartment sink dispenser achieve 200ppm Chlorine
- Low temperature dishwasher measured 50ppm-100ppm Chlorine
- Mop sink functional and used appropriately

Storage:
- Dry and chemical storage is satisfactory

Pest Management:
- No signs of pest activity

Facility is approved to safely continue food service operations as their renovation has completed.
