Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed vinegar solution used as surface sanitizer in front service area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that an approved surface sanitizer is used for sanitizing surfaces. Back kitchen uses bleach solution, discussed use of bleach solution for front areas as well. Ensure a minimum of 100ppm concentration for effective sanitation.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed back kitchen hand washing sink obstructed by mop bucket.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the hand washing sink is easily accessible for use and not obstructed for easy access to hand washing sink. Operator moved mop bucket during inspection.

Note: Handwashing sink in corner and partially blocked by Cooler - for long term accessibility use, relocation of cooler may be required.
