Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BB4PHU:

Cut tomatoes and cheese internal food product temperatures for preparation cooler at 8 degrees C. Lower drawer sections breakfast sausages, cottage cheese, deli meats, raw marinated chicken, raw sliced beef, and raw burger patties all discarded. ***Do not use this cooler until it has been serviced and is capable of maintaining 4 degrees C or less at all times. Correction ORDER issued.***

Meat filling for wonton observed stored on table during lunch rush. Turkey waiting to be prepared stored on top of freezer during lunch rush. During busy times do not leave out cold potentially hazardous foods at room temperature.
