Previous inspection infractions corrected:

Facility opened for operation at 2:00 pm at time of inspection.
-Food protected from contamination. Pop now stored on shelving above the floor.
-Cooling of cooked foods completed by rapid cooling in freezer or in smaller portions.
-No pests at the time of inspection. Backdoor is now closed; repair back screen door if it is to be used.
-All hand sinks have been repaired and are fully stocked with paper towels and liquid soap.
-Deep cleaning throughout kitchen completed. Facility is now sanitary.
-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer in use for food contact surfaces.

Operator inquired about adding an additional counter fridge and moving hand sink.
