Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No Clorine detected in dishwasher after cycle. Technician was called in. Unit still not dispensing adequate levels.
Corrective Action(s): - Sanitizer to be manully added to unit during the rinse cycle.
- Unit to be repaired in time for tomorrow's operation.
