-Spicy Oil Sauce pot stored under cooking wok area on floor
-A few trays of food in Walk-in cooler not covered
Corrective Action(s): -Once food cans are opened empty out leftovers into washable containers -operator discarded the oyster sauce
-Do not store foods on the floor or any equipment under the cooking line
-Cover foods

Observation: -Tile flooring in front of dishwasher and kitchen handsink -some tiles have come undone/broken or are missing altogether. Patches of roughened concrete exposed.
-Shelf next to condiment preparation cooler -the liners have come undone/peeling off
-Two sets of fluorescent bulbs are missing the standard shatter shield cover
Corrective Action(s): -Remove the broken tiles and replace. Cover all the exposed roughened concrete
-Replace the shelf liners
-Re-install the shatter shield covers or install tube covers (4 in total) on the bulbs
