-All coolers at 4 deg C or less
-All freezers at -18 deg C or less
-All hot held food items at 60 degree C or greater
-3 comp sink w/ Quats in comp at 200 ppm
-Quat sanitizer in rag bucket at 200 ppm
-General sanitation good, no signs of pests. Pest control in place
-FOODSAFE certified staff on site
