Observation: Thorough cleaning and sanitizing required in food processing area, dishwashing area, walkin coolers, walkin freezer, dry storage area, upstairs storage area. Areas throughout facility were noted to have dust, flour and oil spills.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and reorganize entire facility which includes all hard to reach areas, shelving units, walkin cooler, walkin freezer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): handwashing station in food processing area was missing paper towels at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator replaced paper towels in dispenser mounted on the wall during time of inspection.
