Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # NO NUMBER of Jun-20-2019 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Two hand washing stations at the front serving area were missing single use paper towles at the time of the inspection. Correction: Provide single use paper towels at the aforementioned hand washing stations. Each hand washing station must be stocked at all time.

Follow-up inspection: - Hand washings stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Quat dispenser had been serviced and able to dispense 200 ppm quat sanitizer. - General sanitation in the kitchen had improved. - Operator stated he will be retaking FoodSafe in 2 weeks.
