Comments

Significant cleaning has taken place throughout the kitchen and bar as required from previous inspection. Virtually all of the floor is much cleaner. Continue to keep the intermediate surfaces such as milk crates etc. regularly cleaned as well. Schedules should apply. The electrical room needs attention, as this was missed in the previous inspection. Rodent droppings in significant volumes remain and room is disorganized.

Minimal rodent dropping evident at time of inspection, except for the electrical room. Traps are still not well placed, but this can be addressed when Pest Control technician visits and assesses premises. Continue to block entry points in all areas of premises as discussed and upon advice from pest control technician.

Although the floor is significantly cleaner in the kitchen, it is clear the floor has deteriorated to a point requiring complete replacement. Develop a remediation plan for discussion at next scheduled inspection.
