Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash facility in the back food preparation area not equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Hand wash areas shall be stocked with liquid soap and paper towels at all times. Staff refilled both dispensers during inspection. All other hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mouse droppings found behind drink cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up mouse droppings and sanitize the affected area. Mouse droppings were not found anywhere else. Staff started cleaning during inspection.

Observation: Light in washroom does not work.
Corrective Action(s): Please make sure the light in the washroom is working so that staff can wash their hands properly after they use the washroom. Staff indicated that the light has been out for a couple of weeks and they resort to using the light on their cell phones whenever they need to use the washroom.

General observations:
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezer was -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Food storage practices were good.
Staff hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
Organization of storage areas was satisfactory.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Quats sanitizer was 200ppm.
General sanitation (except as noted above) was satisfactory.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
