Re-inspection based on previous Inspection Report.
- Food Storage: Improved.
- Sanitation: Improved. Cleaning of the "hard to reach" areas (ie: behind/under equipment, around dough mixer, etc) is required on a regular basis. Scheduling is required to be increased.

Notes:
- Temperature Control: Monitoring required. Gauges noted in refrigeration units. FoodSafety Plan is required to followed. Generic template provided.
- All food contact surfaces must be washed and sanitized after use. All items are to be kept stored in a sanitary manner in order to prevent post contamination. Storage shelves/containers are to be kept clean and organized. Wiping cloths are to be kept stored in a sanitizer at all times. Chlorine on site. Concentrations are to be maintained as per "Dishwash Sign".
- Food storage: All food/ingredients are to be stored in covered, food grade containers.
- Chemical storage: Ok.
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok.
- Sanitation: Facility is required to be kept clean and organized at all times. All spills are to be cleaned up asap.
- Staff Hygiene: Discussed. No bare hand contact with cooked, ready to eat, food items permitted.
