Ensure at least 1 staff member holds a valid food safe level 1 or equivalent certificate at all times -General sanitation satisfactory -3 compartment sink available and equipped -Quat dispenser at 200ppm quats and quat buckets at 200ppm note: covid plan in place and developed. Procedures shared with 7-eleven as both operate in same building.
