Cleaning has improved for ceiling tiles in dish pit area, still requires some attention Tongs/knives/utensils in cooking line area are now being stored on ice instead of in sanitizer- good Health permit is available in the bar area -- ensure it is posted for the public to see at all times. It must be available in a conspicuous location, as per regulatory requirements. Thank you
