Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dough and samosas observed to stored or covered with black garbage bags and news paper. These items are contaminated and cannot be used to store or handle food.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to use food grade containers and materials to handle food. Do not use news paper or garbage bags to store food as it may contaminate the food or trigger allergies. Always use food grade covers and containers such as saran wrap or food grade containers with lids.

Observation: Back door shows minor damage on bottom left side which may allow entry of pests and rodents. Repair required.
Corrective Action(s): Repair back door to ensure pest do not enter the facility. Correction required in two weeks.

Premise is sanitary.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hot and cold water available.
Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available.
Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing.
Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Food is from an approved source.
Equipment in good working order.
Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs - good.
Take out containers and utensils are sanitary.
3-compartment sink in use. Bleach sanitizer in use at 200 ppm in sani buckets available at front and back of the house - good.
Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location.

Holding units:
Coolers are at 4C and below. Stand up freezers at -18C and below.
Front display cooler currently in repair. Only store nonperishable foods in this unit until it can hold at 4C and below.

Recommendation: The fume hood servicing sticker indicates service is required in May 2023. Cleaning service may be needed.
Please check with service provider.
