Observation: Handwash sink in lunchroom was boarded off due to no hot water available. Temperature taken at 26.8 deg C luke warm water only. It is on a work order repair.

NOTE: this was cited in the last routine in July 2018 -repeat infractions will require increased enforcement such as ticketing
Corrective Action(s): Make this sink available for handwashing as the employee washroom handsink may be unavailable when needed. Temperature minimum for hot water is 38 deg C

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Ice scooper observed buried in ice machine

-Ice wand observed on shelf in Walk-in freezer

-Wine stored right next to mop sink
Corrective Action(s): -Store the ice scooper in the available slot outside of the machine -will avoid contaminated hands rummaging through ice

-Dishwash ice wand -store ice wand in washable container as it is going direcly in the food

-Do not store foods next to the mop sink area -this is a dirty area
