Observation: Grassroots disinfectant auto dispenser at dish sink observed at or below 100 ppm (quats) concentration. Should be at least 200 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Have unit serviced such that it can maintain proper sanitizer residual to adequately kill germs of concern and make the equipment in this area safe for use. Manually add sanitizer at ratio to achieve 200 to 400 ppm (Quats).
Follow up inspection required.

Comments

Quats auto dispenser was fiddled with by staff and residual improved to 150 to 200 ppm, but was inconsistent. Need to come for a follow up to verify system consistently dispenses proper quats solution at 200 to 400 ppm range.
Cooling units less than 4 C.
Handwash station is good and stocked.

This space well organized at time of inspection.
