Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back food prep area - Liquid soap not available at the triple sink area at the time of inspection. The dispenser is broken.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the broken dispenser. In the meantime, provide liquid soap in pump style container. Ensure that hand washing supplies are always avilable at the triple sink. Correct immediatley
