General comments:
- Handsinks (except for the handsink in the waffle preparation area) are equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels
- All coolers measured <4C
- All freezers measured <-18C
- Ice well for ice cream scoops maintained with constant water flow
- Discussed end-of-the day cleaning procedure with manager

Require correction:
- Few flies noted in the front area. Install UV fly traps in the prep kitchen to prevent fly infestation.
- Ensure that sanitizer in the red buckets is switched out consistently & frequently so that there is always adequate level of chlorine concentration for the duration of the operation.
