All hand wash stations were fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water. ** Highly suggest placing soap and paper towel at the ware washing sinks so that can staff can wash hand between handling dirty and clean food equipment** All coolers 4C or less, Freezers less than -18C Good general sanitation. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Ice machine appeared clean. Scoop stored outside of ice in a separate container. Quat sanitizer at source and in container with cloths submerged 200ppm. Test strips available. High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
