Ensure when bar is in use, liquid soap and paper towel are available at this bar. - Ensure when bar is in use, glasswasher dispenses100 ppm chlorine to glasses - Coolers were below 4C - General sanitation good - Beer taps/nozzles maintained in sanitary conditions - Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm in spray bottle - No evidence of pest activity
