Follow up inspection:
-Thermometers were available inside the prep. cooler and under-the-counter cooler.
-One door freezer had been defrosted and cleaned to remove the ice buildup. It was at or below -18 degrees C.
-Repairs were made at the 2-compartment sink to prevent the leak.
-Handsink was accessible for handwashing. Preparation utensils were not stored inside or below the handsink.
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a designated sanitizer pail.
Signature on this report is not required due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
