Observation: Products in sandwich cooler (cookline) measured to be between 18° - 20°C. Operator stated products have been in cooler for ~3 hours. Products discarded.

Instructed operator on proper bleach:water ratio (1/2 tsp household unscented bleach (~5.25%) to 1L cold water)

Recommend: purchase test strips to randomly check sanitizer to ensure staff is mixng proper concentration.
