Comments

- Handsink maintained with hot&cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUAT solution was too low at the dispenser. The staff changed the bottle and achieved >200ppm
- Temperatures of cold foods in the line cooler were at 6C while the cooler temperature was at 4C. Keep the glass door closed when it's not busy.
- Hot holding temperature was adequate >60C
- Temperature of the walk-in cooler was at 10C as the staff had just finished stocking in delivery. Ensure that the temperature is kept at or below 4C (40F). If it is not maintaining 4C or below, call for repair.
- Staff area shall be de-cluttered to help cleaning and pest monitoring
- General sanitation is adequate
