Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There isn't enough shelving above the 3-compartment sink to air dry dishes. The dishes are being washed in the 1st compartment, sanitized in the 2nd compartment and dried in the 3rd. This is not the proper method of dishwashing.
Corrective Action(s): Install extra shelving above the 3-compartment sink (along the left side). Dishes should be washed with soap in the 1st compartment, rinsed in clean water in the 2nd compartment and then sanitized in the 3rd compartment before being placed on the shelves above the sink to air dry.

Observation: 1)The baseboard under the 3-compartment sink is peeling off on one side and is completely missing along the back wall. This has been noted on the pest control report every month since February and still hasn't been addressed.

2)There water leaking from a line above the 3rd compartment into this sink.
Corrective Action(s): 1)Fix and replace the baseboard under the sink before August 31, 2018.
2)Get the leak fixed.
