- Please ensure sanitizer is used on slicer at least every 2-4hrs or after slicing each time.
Hot holding units >60.
- One hot holding unit for soup was slightly lower, 50C for surface, 54C for internal, this was turned up during the inspection, thank you (Medium setting).
All baked items are kept covered and protected from contamination, great job.
Flight light is in the facility beside the back door.
Washrooms are clean.
All prep surfaces are clean in appearance, in good repair.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
