Observation: Accumulation of dirt and slime inside the ice machine.
Correction: Drain the ice machine and clean/scrub the inside of the ice machine with appropriate sanitizer. You must turn the machine off prior to cleaning inside the machine.

Observation: There was no hand soap at the handwash station at the time of the inspection. Staff was not aware of the missing hand soap.
Correction: Install wall mounted hand soap dispenser at the main handwash station.

Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
Observation: Employee did not wash hands between handling the POS system and making drinks/food at the time of the inspection.
Correction: Employees must wash hands with hot water, liquid soap, and paper towels prior to preparing any foods or drinks. Retrain staff.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CLVVQG:

- Ice machine has been deep cleaned with an approved sanitizer. Ensure to deep clean the ice machine regularly (ie once a month).
- Hand soap available at the main handwash station. Hand soap properly labeled. Please install wall mounted soap dispenser at the main hand wash station prior to the next follow up inspection.
- Employees must wash hands thoroughly after handling the POS system or cash and prior to preparing food and drinks.
- Time log available for tapioca pearls stored at room temperature.
- Mouse droppings cleaned.
