Observation: 1. Display cooler (sweets) and countertop cooler (Hisense) observed to be holding temperatures of ~8°C.
Correction: 1. Remove potentially hazardous food products from cooler.
2. Defrost, adjust temperature controls and place thermometer in units to verify if units can hold temperatures of 4°C or less.
3. If unit cannot maintain temperatures of 4°C or less, contact service technician to have unit serviced.
4. Once unit can maintain temperatures of 4°C or less, potentially hazardous foods can be stored in coolers again
