Comments

- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from dispenser and in all sanitizer buckets
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- All freezer temperatures satisfactory
- All other hot held items were measured to be above 60C
- Burger toppings held at room temperature were tracked with time-stamps. Good. **Note that inserts held on ice must be submerged IN the ice water, and not just sitting on top of the ice.
- Food storage practices satisfactory - all food stored off the ground and properly covered
- Ice machine and all other equipment maintained in sanitary conditions. Beverage dispensing nozzles were observed to be clean
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
