Observation: 1. Range hood canopy and filters need more frequent cleaning. Heavy grease build up observed on some filters on cooking line and on canopy over tandoori.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Range hood filters need to be cleaned regularly. Increase cleaning frequency.

Facility has purchased additional refrigeration units renovations and no longer resembles the approved floor plan; menu items have also expanded.

Operator to discontinue use of DDBSA sanitizer until chemical supplier calibrates dispenser unit.
3 compartment sink with drain plugs available.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection.
