-Refrigeration units (two upright) were at 4C.
-Upright freezers ranged from -10C to -15C.
-Chest freezer was at -16C.
-Random selection of canned foods were within their best before dates and in good condition.
-Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
*Tupig, Puto, Kutsinta, and Suman were either unlabelled or labelled Asian Special BBQ & Catering. Label did not have an address or a contact phone number. Food items are provided by Asian Special Charcoal BBQ & Catering Services [FH Decal 2887]. All food items must be labelled with proper contact information.
*Chicken Chicharon and Chicken Spicy Garlic Chicharon were also not labelled properly. Food items must be labelled with proper contact information.
-Washroom clean and handwash station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
