Mice droppings have been cleaned from majority of the areas. Dishwasher strainer has been cleaned. Dough mixer has been thoroughly cleaned. Outside garbage storage areas have been cleaned. Dry storage area has been cleaned. Good. Following items still need addressing:( Sep 12, 2019) 1. Ensure to remove all item from the floor and clean thoroughly 2. Degrease the natural gas lines to remove grease build up 3.Place more mice traps throughout the premises 4. Submit a sanitation plan outlining daily cleaning tasks 5 Completely clean and degrease the pizza pan holder 6.Submit a detailed inspection report from the pest control company.
